Tech Giants Remove AI Apps from Stores Amidst Regulatory Changes
Google has delisted the AI Test Kitchen app from both Android and iOS platforms. The app, which allowed users to test Google's AI-powered tools, initially launched with three experimental demos and promised more to come. However, plans for a "Season 2" were scrapped, and the app has now been removed from the app stores. Those who still have the app installed can continue to use MusicLM, a new addition to the app, and the web app is still available. It remains to be seen if Google will continue to experiment with AI demos in a different public setting.
