Taylor Swift's Influence Forces 'Exorcist' Sequel Release Date Change
Horror producer Jason Blum decided to move the release date of his latest film, "Exorcist: Believer," after Taylor Swift announced that her concert film would premiere on the same day. Blum, known for producing successful horror movies like "Insidious" and "The Purge," didn't want to compete against Swift's massive fan base and popularity. The film, which follows two girls exhibiting strange behavior similar to the original "Exorcist," will now be released on October 6th instead of the coveted Friday the 13th in October.
