Ars Technica has released a new PC building guide featuring four sample builds focused on different budgets and use cases. While GPU prices remain high, storage and memory are mostly cheap, and Intel and AMD have released new CPUs since the last system guide update in July. The guide recommends mostly EVGA power supplies and RAM kits from brands that have worked well in the past, but users can make changes based on their preferences. The cost of a Windows license and peripherals are not included in the cost estimates.
