Notable venues include a temporary stadium near the Eiffel Tower for beach volleyball, the Champ de Mars for judo and wrestling, the Olympic village housing over 20,000 athletes, and the Roland Garros Stadium hosting tennis, boxing, wheelchair tennis, and sitting volleyball. Additionally, events will take place in other French cities and even as far as the French Polynesian island of Tahiti for surfing competitions.
