Lana Del Rey is reportedly engaged to music manager Evan Winiker, whom she has been dating for a few months. The couple has kept their relationship largely under wraps, and Del Rey sparked engagement rumors after being seen wearing a diamond ring at the Billboard Women in Music event earlier this month. Winiker is a managing partner at Range Media and has worked with talent including Disco Biscuits, MAX, and Daya. Del Rey has previously been romantically linked to musicians Jack Donaghue and Barrie-James O'Neill, among others.
