Revolution Sign American Defender Ethan Kohler from Werder Bremen
The New England Revolution have signed American defender Ethan Kohler from Werder Bremen, extending his contract through the 2028-29 season with an option for 2029-30. Kohler, a versatile 20-year-old, has extensive youth international experience and has played in both the U.S. and Germany, including participating in the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup. He joins the Revolution ahead of the 2026 MLS season to bolster their defense.
