Reds' rookie Elly De La Cruz hits historic cycle for team.
Elly De La Cruz, a top prospect for the Cincinnati Reds, hit for the cycle in Friday night's game against the Braves, becoming the first Reds player to achieve the feat since Eric Davis in 1989. De La Cruz hit a double, home run, single, and triple in his first four at-bats, completing the cycle in just 15 Major League games. The 21-year-old is the fifth-youngest player to hit for the cycle and did it in the third-fewest amount of games.
