Envision Racing emerged as the biggest winner at Portland's Formula E debut, with Nick Cassidy claiming his third win of the season and Sebastien Buemi finishing fifth, inching the team closer to Porsche in the teams' standings. Jake Dennis secured his first pole position of the season and finished second, regaining the top spot in the points standings. Antonio Felix da Costa and Mitch Evans finished third and fourth, respectively. DS Penske was the biggest loser, with both Jean-Eric Vergne and Stoffel Vandoorne starting from the pitlane due to a penalty for using tyre scanning equipment.
