HBO Max Plans Heidi Fleiss Series with 'The Staircase' Co-Showrunner.
HBO Max is developing a drama series based on the life of Heidi Fleiss, the former Hollywood Madam who operated a prostitution ring in Los Angeles. The untitled series will be written and executive produced by Maggie Cohn, with Fleiss serving as a consultant. Emma Tillinger Koskoff, Alex Goldstone, Bill Gerber, David Bernon, Paul Bernon, and Sam Slater will also executive produce. This is not the first time Fleiss' life has been portrayed onscreen, as USA Network aired a made-for-TV movie in 2004.
