A lucky lottery player in Massachusetts won a $4 million prize from a $10 scratch ticket purchased at a convenience store in Andover. The odds of winning the highest prize in the "EMERALDS 50X" game are one in 5.376 million. In addition, another person claimed $100,000 from a different scratch ticket, and there have been multiple other winners of significant prizes in the state recently. The two largest lottery prizes won in Massachusetts in 2023 so far were $33 million and $31 million jackpots.
