The issue has been ongoing for almost 11 hours, and Microsoft is working to determine the source of the errors and find a solution. The search function is not working on the web, but the mobile version seems unaffected. Users have also reported difficulties contacting Microsoft 365 personal support. The company has not yet provided information on which regions are impacted.
