Teen Crashes Near Ephrata While Fleeing Deputies
An 18-year-old from Moses Lake, Samuel Banuelos-Fraire, was arrested after attempting to flee from law enforcement in Ephrata, reaching speeds of 88 mph in a 60-mph zone before crashing on SR 282.
