Seahawks Count on Arroyo Return and IR Reinforcements for Niners Showdown
Seattle could enter the divisional round against the 49ers healthier, as Elijah Arroyo returned to practice and could be activated from injured reserve; if so, he would be the eighth IR return for Seattle, potentially opening the door for two more players, George Holani and Chazz Surratt, to come back. Cross and Bryant also might return, while Tory Horton and Cody White are not expected back this year. Seattle is balancing rest and practice ahead of the game at Lumen Field.
