NW Portland Deli Fire: Videos Released of Person of Interest
Investigators released video and still images of a person of interest after a human-caused fire outside Elephants Delicatessen in Northwest Portland spread into the attic and caused roof collapse; arson detectives are seeking tips and say the person may have knowledge of the fire or been involved in the exterior ignition, with PF&R’s K-9 assisting.
