The 2024 Mercedes-AMG E53 saloon and estate models have been revealed, featuring a significant electrified performance boost with a new hybrid powertrain that combines a 3-liter turbocharged straight-six petrol engine with a 161bhp electric motor, resulting in outputs of up to 603bhp and 553lb ft of torque. The car offers up to 62 miles of electric driving range, a maximum speed of 87mph in electric mode, and various drive modes including Electric and Battery Hold. It also boasts enhanced dynamics, optional Dynamic Plus package with performance upgrades, and a distinct AMG appearance. Prices and launch dates are yet to be confirmed.
