Ford recalls over 300,000 trucks
Ford is recalling over 310,000 trucks in the US due to a potential issue with the driver's front airbag not inflating during a crash. The recall affects certain F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks from the 2016 model year. The problem is caused by dust accumulation in a cable inside the steering wheel, which interrupts the electrical connection. Ford is not aware of any crashes or injuries caused by the issue, and dealers will replace the steering wheel wiring assembly at no cost to owners.
