The Elder Scrolls 6 release date remains uncertain, says Xbox chief.
Microsoft's Phil Spencer testified in court that Elder Scrolls VI is still "five-plus years away" and it's difficult to determine what platforms it will launch on. This contradicts his previous suggestion that it would be Xbox and PC exclusive. The scale of Bethesda RPGs makes it unsurprising that the game is still a long way out. The FTC is seeking an injunction to block Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard on anti-competition grounds.
