Russian drones equipped with explosive drones called Lancets are reportedly firing slugs of molten metal that can bypass the add-on armor used by Ukrainian troops to protect their vehicles from drone attacks. The drones use explosively formed penetrators (EFPs) that can pierce through certain types of armor, making bolt-on slats and cage armor less effective.
