The Las Vegas Raiders are conducting second interviews with three General Manager candidates, including Champ Kelly and Ed Dodds, in addition to previously reported candidate Tom Telesco. Owner Mark Davis has expressed concerns about having both a rookie G.M. and a rookie head coach, as the team has already announced Antonio Pierce as the head coach. Kelly previously served as the interim G.M. for the Raiders, while Dodds has been with the Colts since 2018 and started his career as an intern with the Raiders.
