"How to Blow Up a Pipeline" is a new eco-thriller film based on Andreas Malm's radical manifesto of the same name. The film follows a group of young activists who plan to blow up a large pipeline in Texas, fully aware of the risks involved. Directed by Daniel Goldhaber and co-written by Jordan Sjol and Ariela Barer, who also stars as the leader of the group, the film is designed to be as incendiary as it is entertaining. The film premiered at the Toronto Film Festival in September and opens in limited release from Neon on Friday.
