Multiple Drowning Incidents Reported Near Livermore, California.
Crews are searching for a man who went underwater in Lake Del Valle in Livermore while attempting to retrieve an oar. The man immediately began to struggle and has not been identified. The East Bay Regional Park District and marine officers are leading the search and rescue efforts.
