Chase Bank Customers Hit with Double Fees and Transactions Due to Online Banking Bug
Chase Bank has acknowledged that some of its customers are seeing duplicate fees and transactions on their checking accounts, and is working to remedy the bug. Customers are not liable for any errors made to their accounts, according to the Electronic Fund Transfer Act. The source of the glitch has not yet been made public.
