"Multiple Deaths Across Dubuque and Wisconsin Prompt Search for Person of Interest"
A woman was found dead in Iowa, her 13-year-old and 5-month-old children were missing, with the teenager later found dead of unknown causes. A person of interest fled to Wisconsin, where a pursuit ensued, and the 5-month-old was turned over to a random home before the pursuit.
