Fugitive Murder Suspect Apprehended on Indiana Highway
Indiana State Police arrested Arturo Martinez-Cordero, a North Carolina man wanted for murder, during a traffic stop on Interstate 64 in Dubois County. Martinez-Cordero was also charged with possession of cocaine and operating while intoxicated.
