Stanford Secures College World Series Spot with Miracle Win.
Stanford defeated Texas 7-6 in a winner-take-all super regional game, with junior Drew Bowser hitting a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the ninth inning. Bowser also homered for the third consecutive game and finished 2-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored. Stanford will now travel to Omaha for the College World Series, where they will face No. 1 Wake Forest in their first game.
