Police in Fulton County, Georgia, have begun draining a lake near an apartment complex after the father of 2-year-old J'Asiah Mitchell was arrested for lying about the toddler's disappearance. The father initially claimed that the child had been kidnapped by armed men, but an investigation revealed that the story was false. Police have also searched a landfill as part of the investigation. The case has now been turned over to the East Point Police Department.
