He posted a statement defending his business and the quality of medical care provided at his clinic, but made no mention of the 33-year-old talent or the incident. Dr. Zach has sued former patients for claiming he botched their surgeries. Ms Jacky Oh was pronounced dead on May 31 in Miami after undergoing cosmetic surgery.
