UF Trustees Appoint Dr. Donald W. Landry as Interim President
The University of Florida Board of Trustees appointed Dr. Donald W. Landry, a renowned Columbia University medical researcher and leader, as interim president starting September 1, 2025, pending confirmation by the Florida Board of Governors. Landry is celebrated for his extensive research, leadership in academia, and numerous accolades, including the Presidential Citizens Medal.
