"End of an Era: Eastfield Mall Closes, Leaving Nostalgia and Uncertainty"
Eastfield Mall, open since the late 60s, will officially close on July 15th. The mall will be transformed into a mixed-use commercial and retail hub, with a nationally recognized anchor and other well-known national brand tenants. Donovan's Irish Pub, one of the mall's tenants, will relocate to Holyoke and open at a new location in September.
