This marks Warner Bros.' first time ruling the box office since 2011. It remains to be seen if other upcoming releases such as Wonka and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom can surpass Barbie's success. Barbie achieved this milestone in just 34 days, outpacing previous records set by Top Gun: Maverick and Super Mario Bros Movie. In its fifth weekend, Barbie grossed $21M, and it is expected to earn $12M-$13M in its sixth frame.
