"IDF Confirms Death of Israeli Hostage Dolev Yehud"
The body of Dolev Yehud, a 35-year-old medic believed to have been taken hostage by Hamas, was found and identified in Kibbutz Nir Oz. Yehud was killed on October 7 while attempting to save lives during a Hamas attack. His remains were identified through a coordinated effort between the IDF and forensic experts. Yehud leaves behind his wife Sigal and four children, as well as other family members. His sister Arbel and her partner Ariel are still believed to be held captive in Gaza.
