Mizzou defeats Utah State 76-65 in their first NCAA Tournament win in a long time. Despite being predicted to lose, Mizzou's defense made Utah State uncomfortable and forced them into a poor shooting performance. Kobe Brown and D'Moi Hodge led the team in scoring, with Brown scoring 9 points in 5 straight possessions to give Mizzou the lead. Mizzou will face Princeton in the next round.

Missouri defeats Utah State to advance in NCAA Tournament.
