Disney announced a major leadership shakeup: Thomas Mazloum, president of the Disneyland Resort, will become chairman of Disney Experiences, succeeding Josh D’Amaro, who will become Disney’s CEO. Jill Estorino will become president of Disneyland Resort; Tasia Filippatos will become president of Disney Parks International; and Lisa Baldzicki will become president of Disney Consumer Products, with Disney planning about $60 billion in investments through 2033 to expand its experiences, parks, cruises and related businesses.
Disney Experiences named Thomas Mazloum incoming Chairman as Josh D’Amaro shifts to CEO of The Walt Disney Company. Mazloum will lead a portfolio including parks, cruises, and Imagineering, with Jill Estorino as President, Disneyland Resort; Tasia Filippatos as President, Disney Parks International; and Lisa Baldzicki as President, Disney Consumer Products, reporting to Mazloum. Transitions take effect March 18, 2026.
