Actor and comedian Marlon Wayans claims he is being unfairly prosecuted for disturbing the peace after a dispute with a United Airlines gate agent at Denver's airport. Wayans alleges that he was targeted because of his race, as the gate agent allowed white passengers with three bags to board while attempting to physically block Wayans from doing so.
