Explosive Device Discovered in Plumas County and Neutralized by Bomb Technicians
A suspected improvised explosive device was found near a disc golf course in Portola, Plumas County. The Butte County Inter-Agency Bomb Squad was called to neutralize the device, and no one was hurt.
