Browns Release Pro Bowl WR Diontae Johnson
The Cleveland Browns released wide receiver Diontae Johnson during their roster cuts to 53 players, after he signed a one-year deal in April but did not make the team’s initial roster. Johnson, 29, has a history of bouncing between teams since being traded from Pittsburgh to Carolina, then to Baltimore, Houston, and back to Baltimore, with a career total of 424 receptions, 4,738 yards, and 28 touchdowns in 89 games.
