College Coach and Professor Arrested for Human Trafficking and Pimping
A faculty member and track coach at Diablo Valley College in the Bay Area, Kyle Lee Whitmore, has been charged with human trafficking, pandering, pimping, and other related charges. He is accused of trafficking two women, one of whom is a student, for prostitution. Whitmore, who was named "Coach of the Year" in 2022 for California community colleges, is currently being held without bail. The college has placed him on administrative leave and is cooperating with the investigation.
