21-Year-Old Steven David Rustrian Identified as Miami-Dade Deputy's Killer
A 21-year-old man, Steven David Rustrian, was identified as the shooter who fatally shot Miami-Dade Deputy Devin Jaramillo during a traffic incident before killing himself. Rustrian, possibly connected to a police chase in New York, engaged in a physical altercation with the deputy, grabbed his gun, and shot him. He then fled and committed suicide at the scene.
