The Department of Defense has awarded an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) to Advanced Technology International (ATI) to manage the Defense Industrial Base Consortium (DIBC), enabling rapid research and access to commercial solutions for defense requirements and innovations. This initiative aims to stimulate the growth of the defense industrial base, execute Defense Production Act funding more rapidly, and address defense supply chain challenges, while also developing the industrial workforce and fostering complementary investments from other federal agencies.
