Tragic Shooting Claims Life of Mogie's Irish Pub Owner
David Magill, the owner of Mogie's Irish Pub in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot outside his bar. A patrolman heard gunshots and found Magill with a gunshot wound to the torso. Despite efforts to save him, Magill died at the hospital. Nathan Salem, a 45-year-old resident of Lower Burrell, admitted to being involved in the shooting and was charged with criminal homicide.
