Louisiana Teen Missing in Bahamas After Overboard Dare

Witnesses claimed that Robbins had jumped off the ship on a dare, but the Coast Guard believed he fell overboard. Louisiana high school graduate missing after going overboard on Bahamas sunset cruise.

Cameron Robbins, an 18-year-old Louisiana boy, went missing after jumping overboard on a dare during a sunset cruise in the Bahamas. Robbins was celebrating his recent high school graduation with friends from several local high schools. Witnesses reported that Robbins took a plunge off the boat into the ocean near Athol Island and was last seen splashing in the dark waters a few feet from the boat before vanishing from view. The Royal Bahamas Defence Force and the US Coast Guard Southeast are searching for the missing teen. Robbins' parents arrived in the Bahamas on Thursday, and a prayer vigil was held at the resort where their son was staying.
