Flash Director Andy Muschietti to Helm New Batman Film 'Brave and the Bold'
"The Flash" director Andy Muschietti has been confirmed to direct "Batman: The Brave and the Bold," which will introduce a new big-screen version of Batman and his son, Damian Wayne. The film is part of the DC Universe being developed by James Gunn and Peter Safran, and will exist in the main DC Universe alongside other titles such as "Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow" and "Swamp Thing." The involvement of a writer is currently unknown due to the screenwriters strike in Hollywood.
