Crystal Hefner Ready to Drop Hugh's Last Name
Crystal Harris, widow of Hugh Hefner, revealed on the Miss Understood podcast that she wants to drop the Hefner name and go back to her maiden name, Harris, after writing a memoir about their marriage. She expressed that the Hefner name no longer serves her and wants to permanently close that chapter of her life.
