Brazilian authorities have arrested Cuban national Alejandro Triana in connection with the murder of New York City art gallery owner Brent Sikkema, who was found stabbed in his Rio de Janeiro home. Triana allegedly stabbed Sikkema and stole $3,000 before fleeing to São Paulo, where he was apprehended. Surveillance footage showed Triana surveying Sikkema's home for almost 14 hours before the attack. Sikkema, a prominent figure in the NYC art scene, was well-known for his gallery and had a home in Brazil.
