Arrests Made in Vandalism Spree at Downtown LA High-Rise
Two suspects were arrested for allegedly spray-painting an abandoned high-rise building in downtown Los Angeles, prompting city officials to address the graffiti concerns. The unfinished skyscraper, part of the Oceanwide Plaza development, has been a target for vandals, posing safety risks and creating an eyesore. Councilman Kevin de León plans to introduce a motion directing the city to clean up the defaced skyscraper and its surroundings, as the developers have reportedly run out of money to complete the project.
