"Nightmare at Wisconsin Festival: Riders Trapped Upside Down on Roller Coaster for Hours"
Riders at the Forest County Festival in Crandon were stuck upside-down for at least three hours after a carnival ride malfunctioned. First responders, including the Antigo Fire Department, were called to the scene to assist. The ride, known as the Fireball, experienced a mechanical failure and became stuck in the upright position. All eight riders, including seven children, were taken to the hospital for evaluation.
