The marketshare of AMD CPUs among Linux gamers has reached nearly 70%, according to the latest Steam Survey results for June. This marks a significant increase of 7% compared to the previous month. AMD's popularity among Linux users can be attributed to their open-source driver stack and the growing popularity of their Ryzen CPUs. In contrast, Intel dominates the Windows gaming market with a 68% marketshare.
