Power Outages Plague Springfield: Hundreds Left in the Dark
More than 800 customers in southwest Springfield are without power due to an equipment failure near the Cox substation, according to City Utilities. The outage spans from Walnut Lawn Street and Erie Street to Quail Creek Avenue.
