"Covington Tragedy: Young Mother Murdered, Suspect Identified"
Mario Duran Payne, 38, has been identified as the suspect in the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Kierra Lane in Covington. The Kenton County Attorney's office has issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of murder and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Payne is believed to be driving a white Toyota Corolla with Kentucky plates 7484JW. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers and to call 911 if they spot Payne or his vehicle.
