Founders Brewing is permanently closing its Detroit Taproom after nearly six years due to decreased foot traffic following temporary Covid closures. The closure will impact employees, but the company is working to find them other positions. The Detroit location was also temporarily closed in 2019 after a racial discrimination lawsuit.
